Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from SmartBlock 360. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Products

SmartBlock 360 currently sells digital products, including ebooks, guides, downloadable PDFs, checklists, and digital bundles.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital-product sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges after a digital order has been completed and the product has been delivered or made available for download.

No physical product will be shipped, and no return address is required for digital purchases.

Please Review Your Order Before Purchasing

Before completing your purchase, please confirm that:

You are purchasing the correct ebook, guide, or bundle.
Your email address is entered correctly.
Your device can open standard PDF files.
You understand that the purchase is a digital download.
You understand that no physical book or other physical product will be mailed.

Product descriptions explain what is included with each purchase. Please review the product description before submitting your order.

Download or Access Problems

A refund will not normally be issued because a customer:

Did not download the files.
Changed their mind after purchasing.
Purchased the wrong product.
Expected a physical product.
No longer wants or needs the product.
Cannot open the file because of a device-specific issue.

However, we will make reasonable efforts to help customers who experience legitimate technical problems.

Your download email does not arrive.
Your download link does not work.
A delivered file is damaged or cannot be opened.
One or more files are missing from your purchased bundle.
You entered an incorrect email address during checkout.

When possible, SmartBlock 360 may resend the download email, provide a replacement download link, or replace a damaged file.

Duplicate Purchases or Charges

Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once for the same order or accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once.

Duplicate-charge and duplicate-purchase requests will be reviewed individually. Approval is not automatic and may depend on the order history, download activity, and circumstances of the transaction.

Unauthorized Purchases

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their payment methods, devices, accounts, and email addresses.

Contact us promptly if you believe a purchase was completed without your authorization. We may request additional information to investigate the transaction.

Product Descriptions

SmartBlock 360 makes reasonable efforts to describe its digital products accurately. Minor differences in formatting, page appearance, cover design, or device display do not qualify a purchase for a refund.

Digital products are provided for educational and informational purposes. Purchasing an ebook or guide does not guarantee any particular financial, professional, business, investment, or personal result.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

When a refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law, SmartBlock 360 will comply with that requirement.

Physical Products

SmartBlock 360 does not currently sell physical products through this policy. There are no physical returns, return labels, shipping returns, or return addresses associated with the digital products covered by this policy.

If SmartBlock 360 introduces printed books, merchandise, or print-on-demand products in the future, those products will be covered by a separate or updated physical-product return policy.
